Can I choose the writing style?
Yes.

🔴 Nuclear – Maximum humiliation. Still clean. Just brutal.

How long does it take to arrive?
We mail letters within 2–3 business days.
Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after mailing.
Total timeline: about 5–10 business days.
Can I get a refund?
Because each letter is custom-written and printed for your order, sales are final once production begins.
If we make a mistake, we’ll fix it.
What makes this different than just texting them?

What is the custom P.S. option?
For $3, you can add up to 200 characters of your own message at the bottom of the letter.

Up to 200 characters. It prints exactly as written — so proofread.
Can I preview the exact letter before it’s mailed?
No. Each letter is dynamically generated and customized.
All letters follow our tone and quality guidelines.
What if my friend is sensitive?
Choose Classic Savage. It keeps things playful and clever.
What if I enter the wrong address?
Contact us immediately.
If it hasn’t been mailed, we can fix it.
Once mailed, we can’t retrieve it.
What if the letter never arrives?
If it hasn’t arrived within 14 business days, contact us and we’ll work on a solution.
Do you use official team logos?
No. Rival Post is not affiliated with or endorsed by any amateur, professional or collegiate league or team.

Can I send multiple letters at once?
Due to the unique customization of each Rival Roast, a separate checkout is required for each letter.
Can I place a bulk order?
Our team can assist you with orders of 10+ letters. Contact us and we will get in touch to help.
Can I choose a delivery date?
Not at this time.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of purchase.
Is this good for birthdays?
Absolutely.
Is this good for fantasy football punishments?

Can this be sent anonymously?
Yes. You can choose whether to reveal your identity or remain anonymous.
Is this safe for kids?
Classic Savage writing style is family-friendly but bold.

Will you offer digital versions?
Not currently. Rival Post is designed to be physical.
